• Collaborate with your neighbors to create a safe and fun experience.
• June 8, 2026 (Mon): Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) Pickup Day for unsold items beginning at 8:00 a.m.
• Put items at or near your front door for pickup.
• Please place a sign labeled “BIG” in big, bright, bold letters where the driver can easily see it from the road.

Welcome to the Woodside East Homeowners Association website. Woodside East was established in the mid 1970s, and is a planned unit development (PUD) comprised of 163 townhomes. Our location between downtown Anchorage and the UAA and Providence Hospital campuses gives a small community feeling amid a bustling city. The residents of Woodside East are proud of their community and generously volunteer their time to support activities that maintain the beauty of their hidden jewel.
